The psalmist cried out until he was physically exhausted, with a parched throat and blurred vision; yet, he still trusted God to save him.  When devastated by tragedy, you need not collapse or despair.  Turn to the Lord our God and ask Him to save you and help you.  Tears will still come, but you will not be crying in vain.  Praise God!
